Some method wizards designed for quantitation are available
for ÄKTAdesign systems supplied with Autosampler
A-900 or A-905. These can be used
to quantitate a sample automatically or to update a quantitation
table.
The procedures described in this chapter are designed for
use with the systems mentioned above.
