The main airport is the Helsinki International Airport (IATA code: HEL), which is only 25 minutes drive or 30 minutes train ride away from the city centre. The Helsinki Airport is an award winning airport and has been selected among the best airports in Europe.
It is also possible to arrive to Helsinki by ferry from Stockholm, Tallinn and St. Petersburg. The passenger harbours are right in the Helsinki city centre.
The Finlandia Hall is the best example of modern Scandinavian architecture and design. Designed by the world famous Finnish architect Alvar Aalto, it is a landmark of Helsinki on the shores of the Töölö Bay. Architect Aalto's grand vision and his love of natural light provides the meeting an inspiring setting. The Finlandia Hall is easy to reach from all the corners of Helsinki and after the meeting it is easy to walk back to the hotels along the Bay.
