All abstracts and presentations must be submitted and presented in English. Please submit your abstract here.
Organizing committee
Reservations will be handled on a “first come – first served” basis. Every participant should fill in his/her form. Normal registration ends on May 20, 2018.
After May 20, further registrations will be considered as on-site registration, which includes access to the Scientific Program Sessions. The meeting materials, lunches, coffee breaks, Welcome Reception and Helsinki City Reception are subject to availability.

Payment of registration fees
We accept payments by credit card and against invoice (an invoicing fee of EUR 14 will be added).
The fees should be fully paid in Euro by credit card at the time of your registration, or by the due date if you request an invoice. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard. Credit card payments are processed via a SSL secured credit card payment link that is found at the end of the on-line registration form.
The invoice number must be given in the bank transactions. The invoice will include international bank information for money transfer. Any surplus charges by the bank should be covered by the payee.

Cancellation of registration
All cancellations must be made in writing to ivbm2018@confedent.fi
- Cancellations received prior to or on April 13, 2018 - Full refund (less EUR 50 administration fee).
- Cancellation received after April 13, 2018 - No refund. 100 % payment to be made if fees are not already paid at thetime of cancellation.
There will be no refund for no-shows. Denial of visa application to Finland does not entitle participants to any refunds.
Cancellation of accommodation or changes in accommodation bookings (early departure or late arrival)
All cancellations must be made in writing to ivbm2018@confedent.fi.
- Cancellations received prior to or on March 1, 2018 - Full refund (less EUR 50 administration fee).
- Cancellations or partial cancellations received after March 1, 2018 - No refunds. 100 % payment to be made if fees are not already paid at the time of cancellation.
There will be no refund for no-shows. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle participants to any refunds.
Insurance
The Meeting organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained or for loss of, or damage to property belonging to the Meeting participants (or their accompanying persons), either during the Meeting or as a result of the Meeting.
